In-Person Masterclass This purchase reserves your place at the Raisa Flowers Masterclass on the date and at the location stated at checkout. No Refunds All purchases are final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations after your place has been purchased. Transferring Your Place If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your place to another person. Please contact us in advance with the name and details of the person attending in your place. Your place cannot be transferred to a future masterclass or event. Attendance Please arrive on time. Late arrival may mean missing part of the masterclass, and we cannot guarantee that missed content can be repeated. Event Changes In the unlikely event that the masterclass needs to be postponed or rescheduled, your ticket will remain valid for the new date. If the event is cancelled and cannot be rescheduled, you will be contacted with further information. Photography & Filming Photography and filming may take place during the masterclass for promotional and social media purposes. By attending, you acknowledge that you may appear in photographs or video unless you notify the event team beforehand. Personal Belongings Please keep personal belongings with you. We cannot accept responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items. Conduct We want the masterclass to be an enjoyable and respectful environment for everyone. We reserve the right to ask anyone behaving inappropriately or disruptively to leave the event without a refund.
